I've been using a combination of quicktime and windows groove short term, but I know there has to be something better.This Macintosh application takes full advantage of advances in software stability and graphics capabilities. I do have some physical VTR playback options but more and more we're getting last minute requests and files that don't nicely go into my decks. As our client base has grown and become more familiar with the concept of live streaming we are encountering more requests to integrate previously recorded content. The background is I'm running live streams in a variety of locations with equipment ranging from an ATEM in a box to a multi-cam broadcast studios.
